🥳 We all know that exercise is our strongest tool to fight aging. After weeks of development, we’re excited to share the Exercise Protocol v0.1. It draws on insights from Bryan’s and Huberman’s protocol. It integrates strength training, cardio, and flexibility. Still early days, we need your feedback to improve it further.
