1. Exercise may be able to remove senescent cells only if acute inflammation is allowed to occur, according to a new study published in Aging. 10 minutes of exercise resulted in effects that diminished over the course of a full day.
2. A new study suggests that aerobic medium-to-vigorous physical activity benefits obese and diabetic people the most when conducted in the evening hours.
