- We’ve cooked up a tool to source and identify the top longevity brands. It’s a shared list where we can suggest products, and vote or downvote each one. Check it out.

Djack’s Daily Protocol.
As a former Marine and Commando Djack has lived a very disciplined life. Over the past 5 years, Djack started to focus on optimizing and prioritizing his own mental and physical wellbeing, rather than pushing himself to the limit to meet certain goals in body, being, balance, or business (the four domains he works with).
In 2019, Djack became his strongest self.
In 2020, he became his fittest self.
In 2021, he achieved his most flexible self.
In 2022, he became his most aesthetic self.
In 2023, he began prioritizing his biomarkers instead of his performances.
In 2024, he plans to become his autonomous self.
This is part of his protocol, refined and simplified over the past 9-10 months:
Get up after 9 hours of sleep 1.1) 5 days a week: sit ‘15 infrared lamp
Dress up for training & train 1 hr
Drink Green Giant
Drink a big Protein shake + suppl.
Shower & hair rejuvenation protocol
Shave & skin rejuvenation protocol
Eat super veggie
Work
Eat protein lunch (meat-based)
Work
Eat nutty pudding (this is my latest meal at max at 3 pm)
Work till 6 pm
Family time
Journal at 7 pm for ‘30
Start evening routine at 8.30 pm
Be ready to go to bed at 9.30 pm
Sleep at 10 pm till 7 am.
