COMMUNITY HIGHLIGHTS

1. Mickael has shared his daily routine to the Club. This routine encompasses supplements, physical activity, and skincare. Here are some elements from his everyday regimen.

morning:

  • 30-45min Nurosym VNS, followed by 10min light therapy.
  • Takes a spoonful of organic apple cider vinegar with water and 200mg hyaluronic acid from DoNotAge.

afternoon:

  • he follows Attia’s routine: 3-4 strength, 2 cardio, 1-2 VO2max workouts weekly.
  • he consumes one tablespoon of organic olive oil.

2. Stephen presented a study about six women who successfully completed a diet program designed to influence DNA methylation and biological aging measures.

tldr;

  • 8-week program that included diet, sleep, exercise, relaxation and supplements.
  • 5/6 participants that followed the program saw a reduction in biological age.
  • Female between the (chronological) ages of 46 and 65.
  • Reduction of between 1.22 and 11.01 years from their baseline biological age.
  • the diet was largely plant centered
  • 30 min of physical activity at least 5 days a week
  • get a minimum of 7 hours of sleep per night
  • Biological age testing was conducted by TruDiagnostc Laboratory
